HOW YES SUPPORTS TODAY'S YOUTH

We provide a safe, inclusive, positive and healthy space for struggling youths between the ages of 13-17 by teaching the basics of weight training and nutrition planning, free from financial barriers.

To create a safe, inclusive + positive space for at-risk youth.

To provide barrier free strength and fitness training, empowering at-risk youth to improve their physical  and mental health.

Before starting with YES, I was leading a lacklustre life. I was disorganized and had too much unproductive free time. Since beginning training with YES 2 times a week, I have more energy and ambition. I have more strength and power and my nutrition has also improved. One of the best things about working with Pilar and Sarah has been the great conversations, connections and support that I have been given.
